Returns

You can return an eligible piece within 14 days of the delivery date. It must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with the tags still attached. Final sale items, personalised products, and gift cards cannot be returned. Start the request from your account under Orders, or email qakiclothing@gmail.com.

Size exchanges

A size or colour exchange is free while that option is in stock. Ask for it the same way as a return: Account, then Orders, or qakiclothing@gmail.com. If the size you want is gone, we refund instead.

Refunds

Once we receive the return, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping

We deliver locally around Hyderabad, ship across India, and ship internationally. You can also pick up from H.No 6-113, SN Colony, Ramachandra Puram, Hyderabad, Telangana 502032. The shipping charge depends on distance and is confirmed with you before dispatch. Tracking is shared when the order leaves.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email qakiclothing@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the problem. We will replace the piece or refund it.
